Sassafras: Laurus Sassafras L.

It’s a 30 m. tree, little grapes of yellow flowers and purple fruits in the spring. It has a strong typical perfume. In the pre-Colombian period people used to trip on it. In the U.S.A. they use it in the production of "root beer" and as aroma to ad with tobacco. In Europe we take Sassafras for "panacée" a medicine good for everything : clean the blood, stimulate, menstruation. When they announced that Safrol oil is cancer gene and because we can produce M.D.M.A. with it, they fixed rules for international traffic.

• Active elements: 6 to 9 Etheric oil principal element ( ± 80 % Safro & Camphor, sugar and Sisterol).
• Effect: A strong thee stimulates the spirit, the libido, males you feel lightly euphoric and gives you a physical well being. • Use: for Tea: 30 gr. in 1l. of water bring to boil and let sit for 15 min., filter it and drink up.
• Secundairy effects: In case of over dose : cold sweat, cramps in muscles, nervousness, intensive long term use is harm full for kidneys and liver Safrol in over dose provokes cancer.
